Delete your DirectSood data
You can request deletion of data associated with your DirectSood workspace or a connected Instagram account at any time.
Option 1: Disconnect through DirectSood
If you have workspace access, open the connected accounts section in DirectSood and disconnect the relevant Instagram account. This stops future data collection for that connection. You may then contact us to request deletion of existing data.
Option 2: Remove the connection through Meta
You can remove DirectSood from your connected apps in your Meta or Instagram settings. This revokes DirectSood's authorization for that account and prevents further access through the revoked connection.
Option 3: Send a deletion request
Email support@soodgam.com with the subject line "DirectSood Data Deletion Request". Please include:
- The email address associated with your DirectSood workspace.
- The name of the business or workspace.
- The Instagram username or account identifier you want removed, if applicable.
We may ask for information necessary to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize applicable data, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. We will confirm completion by email.
