Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using DirectSood, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use DirectSood on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

DirectSood provides tools for managing eligible Instagram messages and comments, configuring business automations, collaborating with internal users, and using AI-assisted workflows. Features may change as the service evolves and as Meta platform requirements change.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your workspace, your users, the accuracy of the business information you provide, and the messages or automations you configure. You must use DirectSood lawfully and comply with applicable laws, Meta's terms and policies, and Instagram's rules. You must not use the service to send spam, deceive users, infringe rights, or conduct unlawful activity.

4. Connected accounts

You may connect only Instagram Professional accounts that you are authorized to manage. Connections are made through Meta's official authorization flow. DirectSood's access and available features depend on Meta's platform permissions, policies, and technical limitations.

5. AI assistance

AI features may generate suggestions or automated responses based on configured rules, business knowledge, and available conversation context. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising AI-assisted activity where appropriate and for ensuring your use complies with applicable requirements.

6. Data and privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using DirectSood, you acknowledge that information may be processed as necessary to provide the service.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to operate DirectSood reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary, including to address security, legal, or platform requirements.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

DirectSood is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for decisions made using the service, the content of user communications, third-party platform availability, or loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

9. Termination

You may stop using DirectSood and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where use violates these terms, applicable law, or platform policies, or creates a security risk.
